For a long time I have been interested in nutrition and how it can help us improve our day to day performance in all aspects of our lives. In 2016 I made the decision to pursue my diploma in Lifestyle and Health Coaching at the Institute of Health Sciences in Ireland. Since then, I have devoted myself completely to learning about nutrition and how it can impact people’s lives. My main interest lies in helping people improve their health and give them the tools to achieve a balanced lifestyle.
